from 06/09/2019 to 08/09/2019
The event takes place in the evocative location of the Salt Museum of Nubia and in the entire nature reserve of the salt pans of Trapani and Paceco with the aim of enhancing the cultural, landscape and gastronomic heritage of the salt route.
Two days, full of food and wine events, guided tours, conferences, market exhibitions, and every evening at sunset the evocative spectacle of manual salt harvesting with the songs of the salt workers. An ancient ritual that, besides being an evocative event, thanks to a unique scenery of water pools, windmills and white pyramids that turn pink when the sun goes down is also an important production reality on the Trapani coast, located inside of the integral natural reserve of the Saline of Trapani and Paceco, managed by the WWF.
